We were invited in April to go to Chantaburi (Chan for short), and God impressed upon me to get in contact with several churches to tell them that we were coming, and we were available to go and visit them, a few groups responded, and we went on a journey that would bring changes to many people and to us and our ministry. We visited a few of our old contacts and renewed friendship, we were invited to stay in a Suite that was very expensive for my taste, which I didn’t know when we came, but we were able to do some ministry there, and we also went to talk with the pastor of the first church in Chan, started by the Norwegian Pentecostals, I said jokingly I was never invited by the pastor to speak in his church, so he immediately responded Friday night they would have a leaders meeting, and invited me to come and minister to them. God was working “overtime” that night, since it was before Easter time, which I call Passover. I shared about the seven places Jesus shed his blood, and a little about the Hebrew roots of our faith, God ministered with great power and we have had testimonies afterwards that debts were cancelled, people receiving extra money to help with money they had to pay. All got touched and the beginning of a revival began, the pastor had already prayed up for this, and we were able to come a help with a push in the right direction. God had started to open up for our ministry to increase.
Next time we came to the area, we stopped in Aranyaprateth (Aran) with some new friends we have come to know. We came late so we had to wait until Saturday morning before we could do anything, and we shared some words, that which God had burdened my heart to share. Then we were asked to pray for all of them which we did, again God answered with some heavy touches from Him. While I was praying in the early morning it was like the clouds above were closed to us and my prayers could not penetrate, after some time and hammering the clouds above, I finally had a breakthrough, and I got a released, at the time I did not know what it was, these people were good Christians, but something hindered. Later before praying for them we were told that the husband had some problems with his head, he had been in several accidents and had some near death experiences, so we prayed for healing.
As arrived in Chan we had opportunity to counsel an old friend who had been involved in some heavy attacks inside her church, and the enemy was able to destroy a lot of lives as a result of it. After counseling and confessions of what went wrong and who did what we prayed of her and I believe she had some very powerful releases, but also that she would need time of healing before she would return to full ministry. While we were there we were phoned late in the evening, that the husband from Aran, had had terrible headaches for many hours, and we were not able to return to them, so we prayed for the release. We saw how the enemy responded while we were there and how they tried to attack after we had gone. So our ministry was not completely finished with that husband. We saw some disturbing things with some of our other friends in Chan. But as Naluang and I talked I said I could do nothing more as long as we were not their leaders. When we returned we went through Pong Nam Ron again where we had some ministry time with another group there, When we returned to Surin I told Naluang that if we were their leaders we could do more for them. How it got around I don’t really know, but the groups asked for our ministry to cover them, and we agreed to that. More about that next time.
